So, in preparation for me getting my ass back into the gym, this was pretty much the first place I came. Download, read, live, sleep, eat "The Manual".
I noticed something for the first time today though; the training routines start at 4. What happened to / what are routines 1-3. I'm always looking to shake things up as to not stay stagnant...just wonderin if anybody knows what they were???
