The box drops as the cycle progresses. Although that vid is a little misleading from the angle, that box is only slightly more than an inch high. Even so , I rarely go to depth in training, as long as its close I can always dip an inch in full gear come meet day. I have never been called for depth.

This meet was the Nazareth Barbell Strength Spectacular. I had recently bombed at the arnold and had not trained for a couple months, I went to the meet to hang out with friends and help out at the meet. Just my luck most of my buddies from tme Metal Militia where on hand to help out also. They told me that there was a guy from a local tattoo studio offering $1000 to anyone who could squat 1000lbs at a bodyweight of less than 242lbs, They kept on bugging me to do it and eventually i caved to the pressure lol, I still had my gear in my truck from the Arnold so I said what the fuck.
I ended up using most of the money for the bar tab later that night lol. Fucking Crawford started the tab before I even got there. But watcha gonna do.
Put some cash out there and throw the weight on the bar, I'll give it a shot.
