Does anyone have a link to a list of what is NPC banned substance (or not considered natural) ?
Because I want to enter an NPC Contest in Oct. but I am not sure if any of the animal line is banned.

My show in June is NPC and I am going in natural..which show are you looking to do? Also, you put this thread in the wrong section..I am going to move it to the stage section.

careful with this thread.
is it a "Natural" show? that should answer your question. i have heard of some shows not allowing test boosting supps. i dont know how you test for them though.
