Ive been bulking for 13 months, and Im going to hawaii late august. Im gonna make it a mock contest and try to peak before i go. How long out hsould i start cutting (diet/cardio)? Ive heard 14 weeks but thats for pros who are always relatively low bodyfat.....

I'm actually in the same situation as you, been bulking for about the same time... I've been referring to it as a 'practice cut' haha but yeah I've only got mine planned out for eight weeks.. I think it really depends on the individual and what stats you've got at the moment, then you could formulate a plan.
