How fuck'n true is Big Al in "Building Your Fortress" I like the warning he gives in the beginning of the article, *Creatine question I used to take 10 grams (5g preworkout and 5 post) but was told by a few people that 10 grams just go to waste iam better off with 5 grams what do you all think of this? and what do you take your creatine with on off days because there is no point of spiking insulin with grape juice on off days thanks for the help

Agree. I only use the Pump and I think it’s the enough to cover all my creatine necessities.

Most studies show that you can tap into the full ergogenic benefits of creatine w/ 3-5 grams... Taking a few more grams won't hurt, it'll kinda act as insurance.
