Never kept a log before of my training, but here goes nothing
Monday-Leg Day 8:30 a.m.
Squats 135x15 225x20 295x10 295x8 295x6 drop 225x15 drop 135x15
Leg Press 5x15 last set triple drop
Leg extensions 4x12
Double leg curls 5x10
Single Leg curls 3x15
Bent Leg Calf Raises supersetted with Straight leg calf raises 6x20
30 minutes walking on the treadmill then to food...
