View Full Version : Great Service is still out there
Hay...gotta share this with the pak....just this last monday I ordered the Chest DVD from Bodybuilding.com...and just recieved it today...thursday....this is service!. I called them up to thank them and they took it to the next level...bent over backwards to make sure Im a happy camper...and were very appreciative for my business....I have been in the service industry for many years...and this company gets my vote for an onliner....great stuff...check them out. I know we all have our favorite sites to shop...just wanted to share this with my brothers in iron....Good service is still out there......and cant wait to see this DVD tonight....

That's good news, sometimes you call places up and they are like "I don't see your order in our system, are you sure you placed it with us?"
It's my favorite place to get my sups....they have been great so far...I doubt that I would shop anywhere else just to save a few bucks...their service is awesome.
yea they shipped some stuff to the desert and it never made it so they shipped another package out free of charge. So they are gold in my book. But my hear still bleongs to ANIMAL PAK...LOL

BB.com's got one of the best group of service reps period. I once got a package that was missing an item. I emailed them explaining it was missing. The reply that I got was awesome. The warehouse manager told me that only 2 out of every 1000 packages sent have a mistake and that even though that is great, it does not mean much to the 2 folks that had a mistake so they rushed my item and gave me 10% off my next order!!!! Needless to say I was impressed. All I expected was to get my item, nit rushed and certainly not a discount of a future order.

I agree...my stuff shows up in two days or less, no problems...good prices nice folks....

Agreed. They put most others to shame.
while i agree that their cust service peeps are great, i was a little miffed on my last order from them. it cost me 12 dollars to ship it to me, both items were small pill containers, i live in canada. it took almost 6 weeks for it to arrive. i suppose it was the journey across the border, but 12 bucks? seemed a bit much.

that does seem like a bit much...i think that it was only like 8 to ship 5lbs of protien to me....you are probley right that the border has something to do with it...
