Q: Where did you learn how to pose for the stage? DVD's? A friend? Seminar? Re-runs of the Olympia/ Arnold?

I'm looking to compete in June and, while I have the tools to learn how to build the frame, I could use some advice on how best to display it.

Thanks guys.

There is some good stuff if you try google. Other then practicing alot in front of a mirror try practicing with no mirror and front of you and someone taking pictures so you can see what you do wrong when not in front of a mirror because remember that tere is no mirror in front of you on stage.

Here's some guidelines for the mandatories, http://naturalmuscle.com/html/mandatory_poses.html

I think you should practice the mandatories for at least 20 min. everyday, hold each pose for 30-40 seconds.

There are many bodybuilding books that cover posing. Arnolds "encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding" taught me a lot although i only use the posing to finish off my training routines. Search youtube for bodybuilding competitions to see examples. And also there are video guides you can buy.
