some tools of the trade i have found to be extreamly helpful when preparing food: 1 shop at costco or a wholesale store, i buy 3 dozen eggs for like 2.50. i get 24 dozen every 2 weeks and pack my fridge with them. i also buy the eye round economy pack, its priced cheap and its the best cut for your dollar, they also have big bags of chicken, just cut it open and throw it on the grill. i cook only on sundays for mon-wed and wednsdays for thur-sun meals, then store the food in my fridge. 2. buy a rice cooker, i swear on my life that a rice cooker is the most convenient thing i have evey came accross, its great for cooking rice, it does it overnight, just one swicth and the next morning its ready, easy to clean. i force people to buy one, it makes everything so much easier, get one as soon as you can, trust me. 3. get the ziplock containers, they are the perfect size for a meal, and are strong enough to use over and over again. i fit 4 in my cooler, and head out the door...alos get into the habbit of preparing meals the night before, and store stuff in the fridge, so that you arnt cooking every night.

Awesome! Nothing better then the girl at Costco/Sams Club asking us if that is all for our deli business hahaha I would say a big steamer/rice cooker too, keeps all the nutrients in. Having a seperate fridge is a must. A wok, love me some stir fry.
