Sup bros.. just purchased these 3 supps..
I was thinking of taking animal pack in the morning, animal pump 30 min before my workout and storm mixed with bcaas while I workout.. Would this be ok? Should I save the storm for after I workout or is it ok to drink it in the middle? Any suggestions of what to take when would help.. thanks

i'm on very similar Stack now. I take Pak in the morning, Pump (+ N1-T) before training and after i take Storm(+glutamine+Nitro G)

Amongst everything I'm on, I've taken Pump, and like it. It works for me. But just to cycle up and change some things, I'm taking Shock Therapy and Nitro before workout, and then Storm and Nitro G afterword.

Of course Pak in the morning.

Hey bro you seem to have it all right in your timing of the supplements, you may want to take a pack of Nitro G postworkout to help with recovery then 20-30 minutews after you take the Nitro G have your post workout protein shake.

I thought Pump was enough as far as creatine was concerned?

I'm dropping N1T with my Pump pre ..... as well as BCAAs pre and post workout ..... I do want to start Nitro once the BCAA2000 is gone ....

But - this is a question I've posed ...... do I add Storm to my stack? If so, when do I chug it?

For some people Pump is enough creatine. For others the extra you get from Storm helps. It certainly won't hurt you. As far as when to take Storm, you can sip during or take it after training. It won't make a difference.
