Clean up your diet first so you at least have a foundation to work off of. Once you can consistently eat well and train balls out, then worry about that shit. You gotta start somewhere bro, and the beginning's never the easiest. Peace.

exactly. clean the diet up, eating essential fats, slow digesting carbs and meat/egg protiens. start cutting back the daily calories you eat and start working cardio. Stick with the path you take and you'll see results(assuming its not putting you at a caloric excess). Other than that, read this entire forum and start reading anything you can get your hands onto.

You've come to the right place, man. These guys know what they're talking about. Make sure your diet's all set up before you start tinkerin' with it.

My best advice to you would be to comb the forvm and soak up as much information as possible. We have explored the ins & outs of these diets, what & how to eat on them. Check out the Diet section.
Other than that, know that different things work for different people. So first of all get your diet clean and your training right and you will start to lose fat naturally. Then experiment with different diets and see how they affect your composition. For me, carb cycling works very well and I think it's a pretty universal diet plan.
But first...learn, learn, learn--soak up all this knowledge on the forvm and you'll be light years ahead of where you are now just from reading.

Train hard brother.

These bros have all given sound advice... but first thing... You NEED to just get on a diet, and STICK WITH IT!!!

Don't be like some, combing thru different diets, trying them out for a week, then switching it up, saying "it didn't work..."

Also, please refrain from buying every supplement under the sun... ;) Get everything in order, then we'll talk!

Good luck. Listen to these guys, they'll steer you in the right direction.

Please clean up your english, so we can understand what the fuck you're saying. After you have basic english down, we can help you with a diet that will fit your personal needs. We are a group of intelligent individuals here, we need to act like it. We are stereotyped enough as it is.

Really simple Mr. IluvIron...cardio and diet. There is no ONE diet that any one of us could tell you and give you the results you want. Once I got my routines down...I started working on the diet side. I've been in this shit for ~3 years now and have only had my diet squared away for about a year. It takes practice. Try them both. Give one of them about 6 months and if it doesn't work, try something else. And seriously...enough of the run-on sentences and lack of punctuation.

Ok, now you've studied up on the forvm. And I know you've looked up "ketogenic" and "carb cycling" on the search function, right? And you are educated and prepared to experiment and try these to see which affects your body composition in the best way. Right?

Whats your question?
