So what methods do you guys to to help force feed the food when your full and your body doesn't want anymore?
I try to rest pause it like my training sometimes lol. This morning when I was having oatmeal and eggs and couldnt finish either i mixed them together and had small scoops at a time just nibbling away at it to the point where I could not bear a single crumb of it.
there really is no easy way just gotta suck it up and force that shit down!!
I think about my goals and that is enough for me to force myself.

when it gets hard to get the rest in, stand up and strech your gut, and finish your meal standing, and just fil your mouth, and swallow with water, try not to gag.
You ever watch one of the hot dog eating contests? They eat like 55 dogs and buns with just water. Hammer that shit down with a gallon jug of water next to you. Doesn't matter how it gets down, as long as it does.

I've got the "I'm not gonna puke..." poster on my fridge. Motivates me to eat.
I force it down, and then nibble when I have to.

That's what I have to do. If possible I blend it and then just open it up and pour it down.

Yeh!!
A bottle of Water always helped me as well Bro!!
When I'm eatin' bland shit like steak and potatoes, tuna and rice, chicken and rice, I always keep some crystal lite w/ me to get to swallow it all down... Some days it takes longer than others but I always get it down.
When it is contest time for me and I'm just eating freaking dry plain chicken meal after meal, a little swig or two of diet coke does WONDERS.
Water, water, and more water. Plain and simple. I've had at lest three meals this week already that I didn't even taste, I just chewed and swallowed with water.

I was told by a very big dude, if you cant eat it drink it so i think Thumperz has the right idea
try cardio 3-4 x week per 35 mins and it should turn up your metabolism , you'll be much hunger
in a meal try to eat carbs and protein firstly , ex rice + chicken , they go thru faster than fatts..

suck it up baby.
True Animals have HUGE appetites. If you cannot eat it all at once, spread it over a course of 10-20 mins.

Yeah crystal light is good! For me, I have no trouble getting my food down, but you can also try adding salt, ketchup, other sauces...
Eggs. Oatmeal. Animal Pak.
It's the simplest meal of my day but it's also the hardest for me to get down and keep down. After a point(when you've got oatmeal basically coming out of your ears), it's mostly mental. I find it helps to make your oats with a little more water and cook it for a shorter time so you're like drinking the stuff. Either that or make an oatmeal cookie using a microwave.
Eggs? I make mine half-boiled with a pinch of salt and lots of pepper. Then it's down the hatch. If you can't stomach that, scrambled with salsa is your best bet.
As for the chicken breasts and rice, diet coke and water are your best friends.

Instead of eating excessively large meals at one time and stretching my stomache out, I eat medium sized high protein meals 6 to 7 times a day. This way I keep more than plenty nutrition pumping through my veins and I don't have to overstuff myself.

The oatmeal cookie method works good, (See The House oat cookie recipe on this site) or I changed from 10 hard boiled egg whites and a cup of oatmeal to 5 egg whites and a shake made with 40 grams of whey and a cup of oatmeal. The blender grinds up the oatmeal and i find it is easier to drink it then to eat it.

"im not gonna puke, im not gonna puke im not gonna FUCKING PUKE"
Yeap, I got the recipe for the cookie here. The Oatmeal cookie rules, thanks chef House. I cook it in a bowl so it doesn't burn through coz House mentioned he went through alot of baking trays. Haven't tried his version with the coffee in it though.
