Hey fellas does anyone know when the next animal dvd is gonna come out and which muscle wrath will be training in the 4th installmant of the series

I would. They started with Arms, then went to chest and then to shoulders. So far I've seen typical 'beach' muscles. Now I'm not knocking them, great dvds great motivation. You need big arms, a thick chest and some cannonballs for delts no doubt. However Back and legs are far more intimidating muscle groups to train. I would have been more satifyied if they had kicked it off with Legs or Back.
