I would like to extend an open invitation to any member of this board to come and witness or take part in a NAZARETH BARBELL TEAM BENCH WORKOUT.
If ya wanna come and get in the mix or just hang out and watch, I gaurantee it will be an experience that you will not soon forget.
Our Bench days are held on Sundays,we start getting to the gym around 11:30 am.

bro ill take you up on that if im ever in the area and id also like to do the same anyone in the new orleans area wanting to train with us is also welcome. we train on sat at 930am sharpe. i train with jesse kellum and crew in covington just outside new orleans.
