How much water do you chug down in the run of a day?
I try for 3.5 - 4 litres.

at least 1.5 gal have gone up to 3 gal on certain days

I stick with a gallon +. I have an old 32oz Gatorade bottle that I use over and over again. Fill it 4 times and its a gallon. Easy to see if I've been drinking enough or not.

I've been pounding 2 gallons easy lately. Anybody else's boss bitch at em cuz you spend more time takin a piss than you do at your desk? One day I asked him if he was gonna fire me cuz I piss all the time. He looked at me like he'd like too.

My boss thinks me going to the bathroom is a constant excuse to take a break. I told him to drink a gallon of water in a couple of hours and try to hold it. Nuff said.

1 gallon here. I have a 1 litre bottle and I down that 4 times a day.
1.5 - 2.5 gallons a day... I'm in the can so much that my boss think I have a drug problem!!!
1-1.5 gallons on an average day. If I do cardio around 2 gallons

One Gallon at minimum
I try for a gallon, but during summertime here in Texas it can get to be almost 2.
If I go ride motocross, it's an automatic extra gallon and then some because I can't seem to get enough water in then.
I go for 5-7 litres a day...I wonder if some bosses complain as much over the smoke breaks employees take as opposed to our bathroom breaks.

i'm waiting for my boss to comment. we've got a few smokers in my office that i'm just waiting to throw back at him. I doubt it though as when I'm not pissing i kill myself at the gig. Haven't taken a lunch break since i started: just eat whilst working (all 5 times a day at work).
