I used to take a straight Glutamine supp and take Flex instead now. Without it, I get a cranky elbow, shoulder and knee.

Absolutely agree C... Animal Flex should be a regular part of every Animal's supplement regimen--that and Animal Pak. Flex is not just for when you have a problem, but as a preventative, BEFORE problems arise. Pak and Flex are a staple for me.

right now im not using any joint supplement but i am going thru a very slow recovery from my shoulder injury. im just hoping i can get a can of flex. i've post a thred. alot of guys recomended it. i can never find flex in the retail stored in here. so hopefully i can get a can

My wrist has been giving me troubles and my knees could use a bit of help and have been thinking of trying flex. Never bought previous flex supplements but was interesting in getting animal(universal's) flex.
A sample would be nice but i know only a trial sample will only do so much and it takes time to kick in.

Thanks for the Promo. You've got snail mail coming to you.
People, with the abuse we put our bodies through, we need to maintain it. I neglected mine in the begining and paid for it. I've been taking Glucosamine with MSM and flaxseed oil as separate supplements for a few years and can vouch for the benefits. Animal Flex contains the above supps and more. It appears to be a complete support package and I look forward to incorporating it into my regime.

would it be okay if i printed out the label? cuz mine is a sticker on a bottle, and im pretty sure I wont be able to get it off without completely tearing it....but i still have the reciept. Hopefully this works

Been Taking Glucosamine Chondrotitin for a while now (got a few joint aches and pains from the Marine Corps) works good but really want to try Flex all I hear is good things about it and all your products sending it on 5/5/07....maybe this will stop my ankle for poping while I walk hahah.....Thanks everyone at Animal and Universal you guy are the best out there by far....

Is there is a version of it without the glucosamine and chondroitin? I found out the hard way that they are derived from shellfish. There are people like myself that are allergic or intolerant. As it is I buy msm separate from the oils and the minerals.

Hey guys I'm pretty sure that it is still open it said the first 100 and the thread aint closed. It is a great promo I am almost done with my can and I am going out to get some more!!! I will use flex until the day they stop making it or I die what ever comes first, Results (I) felt in a couple days and that just keeps you in the right mindset to keep on pushin!!!
