LAVA / Hard Fast Anyone?

Hi there, a gym partner recommended LAVA and Hard Fast from the Universal line recently, as pre/post workout shakes, looking for feedback before buying

LAVA is a solid, old school, no frills PWO product with the basics--1:1 ratio of protein to carbs, creatine, glutamine, taurine, etc. Hard Fast dates back even further. I personally love the chocolate flavor.

old skewl is kewl. this post jolts the memory banks. i had forgotten about lava in the swirl of nitro g.
lava rocks and the orange taste is groovie too. 32g of protein and carbs and hard fast has 30g peotein and 50g carbs. and gotta back up wasteland on the choco flavor. me thinks i will revisit these two next order along with some animal max......
