View Full Version : Animal Pump/Animal Stak My Experience

This is my stack and briefly about me and my goals and then my results:

Animal Pak
Animal Stak 2 (I take preworkout 45 minutes out)
Animal Pump (Pre-Workout and 20-30 minutes out)
Animal Nitro G (post workout)
Real Gains (twice a day, breakfast and post workout).

I was 5'8", 137lbs, 32 years old- obviously not a serious lifter.

I spent hours over the course of a week reading about supplements and weight lifting and eating and protien/ carbs-- all the stuff we all know about.
Then in the body building forum (bb.com) I had a brief conversation from a Universal Rep (which was from the studios as far as I knew at that time) and I learned about the animal and this site.

I bought my pak, ate a lot, drank water, rested, and worked out 4 days a week, compound exercises.

The results, 3 weeks later: Weight 144lbs and have never looked so good in my life. I feel great, I am physically bigger. My wife notices, my co-workers notice, even the big dude at the gym noticed.

My bench press, inclince flies, calf raises, barbell curls-- everything is more intense and I have never pushed so much weight. I can't desribe the feeling--I am intense and focused and I see the results. The pump I feel is amazing. Last night, my triceps and forearm muscles were so pumped.

When I first starting taking the pak, and went to the gym over the first couple of nights I started to lift a bit more and keep my reps in the 8-10 range, keeping strict form. I thought it was a bit of a placebo effect. I can tell you after 3 weeks, the time when I in the past quit, it is no placebo...it is the real thing and I am getting real results.

And who am I? Just a man on a mission with help from all of you at animal.

Keep pushing it bro sounds like you are making some great strides early...we are all here to support one another.

Looking solid Josepe. The stack is very solid.

What else if anything are you taking immediately after you train besides the Nitro? Are you getting any Carbs and Protein? This is very important and I think if your seeing results as well as you are then making sure you get what you need within the window of opportunity (Within 30 min after your workout) then you will notice even more gains plus this would assure a faster recovery.

With this being said I would consider adding the newest PWO supplement Universals Torrent to the stack. If you do a search on the FORVM for Torrent you will see what everyone is saying about this product. Good stuff Bro!

I will definitely take a look at Torrent. Currently, I take a gainer shake immediately after I work out (as in, last rep, 30 sec pause, shake) and then about 60-90 minutes after that, I eat real food (usually two peanut butter s/w on whole wheat with banana).

Good job Josepe. Keep crank'n. I absolutely love that Pump and Stak 2 preworkout. I take both together about 45 minutes out. Consistency and intensity are critical....Keep up the momentum.

I first tried stacking pump and stack2 a few months ago, I am 6'1'' and at that time around 245- one day in between sets of I think back i was able to look in the mirror from about 8 feet away without my glasses and count my heartbeats in the vein in my front delt, at first it kind of freaked me out then i noticed that i could trace the vein from my neck to the front of my delt down my bicep to my thumb, i got home and about 2 hours later i was laying on the floor and 1 of my daughters started tracing my traps down my back and asking what it was.
I blame this stack for now weighing 260. you are going to love it.
I switched to storm and shock therapy mainly cuz i wanted to try powders .
