I had been doing a really heavy trying cycle and I was starting to feel some pretty serious muscle exhaustion, starting during the workout, and carrying over into my days off. I was afraid that maybe I was becoming over-trained.
I decided to mix up Nitro-G and then add it to two servings of Gatorade. I would drink this throughout my workout (along with water), and what I had left over at the end, I would take with my regular Nitro capsules post-workout.
This stack really seemed to help my workouts and recovery, big time! Soreness went down, exhaustion went down, and getting through the workout was much easier. Thought some of you could appreciate this, and just wanted to let you know about it for maybe the next time you go heavy.

ya man deff thanks i was thinking of the same thing but wasnt sure if it would be any diff then reg nitro. sweet now im gonna have to try it

I take Nitro pre-workout and Nitro G post workout, mixed with the 2nd serving of Storm. The aminos in these supps have increased my recovery time, and really helped when I hit a plateau. Shits serious, Universal and Animal put out the best fuckin' supp line out there.

i take my whey before i workout and right after
i take the cuts after
how can i throw in pump...
or should i go with m-stak
im trying to cut my damn stomach but you know how that is
but im really trying to get huge shoulders

if i can just lend a helping hand....you should take your 1st packet of Cuts first thing in the morning and the 2nd packet of Cuts 30-45 minutes before training...NOT AFTER!! If you add the Pump or M-Stak, take the Cuts 45 minutes before training and then take the packet of the Pump OR M-Stak 30 minutes before training. I would be more inclined to recommend the M-Stak right now for you to use with the Cuts.

Ok...I have pump that I take prior to training...now I have nitro. Do I take that with the BCAA stack and Storm post training? Is this too much?

I'd take the Pump pre, the Animal Nitro with the BCAA Stack immediately post. Then, the Storm a short while after--maybe with your regular PWO shake.
