Ive heard some guys cut carbs and some dont eat carbs at all some days during a cutting phase. I did try this but Ive notice that when I cut my carbs I feel sluggish and my pump goes away in about an hour after I finish working out, all the contrary when im bulking. What is it that im doing wrong.
Help anybody.

That's just the way it is on a cut. You still want to get carbs pre and post workout. Glycogen and glucose are used up and the carbs you take in pre and post will go to replenish them and not go to fat. Cycle your carbs through the week.

I agree. Nothing beats carb cycling when trying to cut fat.

Yeah carb cycling works well for cutting. On start up I will cut carbs except with PWO shake totally for two weeks. Then have one day in week after that for carb up day, good carbs though! Never really had the prob with feeling sluggish and I think taking in good fats help with that for energy plus good vitamins/supps. Still get some good pumps though and after carb up day it is AWESOME!

My question is what Universal Products are good while cutting? I have Ultra Iso Whey, Carbo Plus for energy, Animal Pak, Animal Flex. What about NO3, Storm and all the other things?

Animal Nitro will help you maintain muscle while losing fat. I recommend over everything get Animal Cuts. Taking cuts before 2 cardio sessions a day will burn a shitload of fat. I'm doing 2 hours of cardio a day(speed walking uphill), taking cuts, and dieting well(cycling carbs) and on average I'm losing 1 pound every 2 days. That's amazing considering I'm only losing fat and not muscle. If you lose anymore than that, you have a high possibility of losing more muscle than anything. (safe zone is 2 pounds a week)

A good Multi(Pak) - Fat burner(CUTS IS A MUST) - Nitro is just an amazing bonus to help you keep what you worked for.

Thanks, bro...I've been taking the Pak everyday...I've always been bad about staying consistent with my vitamins, but I think I've got in all in order now..haven't missed any for a month now. I'll consider cuts and Nitro, but do you recommend Nitro or Nitro G or both?

Right now you have no choice, Nitro G has been sold out for a while now.

Nitro is pill form usually Pre-WO

Nitro G is tasty mix form and has carbs in it so it is a better Post-WO.
