only taken m stak for 5 days and put on 3.5 pounds...is this water weight, increased appetite...I've loved it so far, def. good workouts with it, great pumps, and better vascularity.

What elas you got going on? what does your diet look like? the more ifo you drop the better quaility anwser you can get...

I'd say it's probably mostly water weight. 3.5lbs. in less than a week is a little on the extreme side. I mean, it will happen - this is a great product but that's just real quick to be getting any effects from any product. If you're weighing yourself before you pee, try doing it after. Or if you're weighing yourself after you eat, do it before.

Hey I've taken M-Stak before also, and I loved it. I got real good results from it as well. You probably will put on some more weight which is awesome, I hope it keeps rising for ya!

I agree with brandona because without a great diet you wont get great results. Seeing that you packed on 3.5 lbs in 5 days it shows your doing well. So keep up the good work and eat real well. Remember all the weight you gain wont be all muscle there is always water, fat, etc... Good luck. I just started on M-Stak for the first time and I hope I get the same results. Peace

im interested to weigh in tom. and see where i am...prob water weight...no way its pure mass [muscle or fat]

for those curious here's my diet

meal 1-12 egg whites, oatmeal, half a grapefruit, glass of skim milk, the pak
meal 2-post workout shake- 50 grams whey, 30ish grams of oats, 1 tbsp. pb, banana
meal 3-6 slices turkey on whole wheat pita wrap with onion, lettuce, 1 cup of rice, glass of gatorade
meal 4-30 grams tuna, 1 cup rice, banana[horrible combo taste wise]
meal 5-2 chicken breasts 2 cups rice, salad with veggies[2 tbps. olive oil and a pinch of salt for dressing]
meal 6-2 packets oatmeal[74 grams], 50 grams whey, piece of fruit

Diet looks pretty good and 3.5 lbs in 5 days is not bad. Keep it up and I think you'll end up where you want to. Good luck, peace.

As far as 3.5 in 5 days. I wouldn't doubt it. Had a friend who went down south for 3 months. He would train with me before he left. While down there he didn't touch the iron once. He ate garbage down there and came back weighing about 15 pounds less. Within 3 weeks of heavy training with me he put it right back on. Muscle memory is an amazing thing.

But that is just one example and from the way you put your post in, it seemed like you have been training all along.

i want to try m-stak. i have been using the pak and pump for a while, plus i just finished my first can of cuts. i want to stack together pak, pump and m-stak to gain muscle mass yet i still want to get definition and get the extra fat off my body. do you think this is a good stak or should i put cuts back in there and get rid of one of the others?

I wouldn't use M-Stak and Cuts together. Opposites of one another. You can't bulk and cut, one or the other.

During a bulk water intake and retention will rise as well as taking in and using more calories. The key being clean(er) calories.

During a cut you are manipulating carb intake while shedding excess water.

Stick with pak, PUMP and M-Stak for the bulk.

Use pak, PUMP and Cuts during your cutting phase. Hope this helps, peace.

i think that is what i am going to try. i want to pack on some more muscle mass. i think i am going to cycle 2 cans of m-stak with pump and pak. then hit cutting hard after gaining some more muscle mass. i was cutting before but i was also trying to gain muscle. thanks for the response and advice. going to start m-stak next week and go from there.

I would know from PERSONAL experience that attempting to use AnimalCuts and M-Stak together, didn't do shit for my definition or vascularity. I like to think of Cuts as a diuretic more than anything. It can shed water off you like no other, if you're DIET is right. I was 263 attempting this, and a fucking idiot at that. I personally didn't go anywhere and stuck on my plateu for 2 months before smarting up, asking questions, and moving on.

Ok, I'm going to drop my two cents in on this one. I'm addressing both the cut and bulk questions...or at least attempting to.

I'm a huge fan of the original M-Stak and I've had great results from it. I'm also a huge fan of the new reformulated M-Stak, but there are some big differences in the two. One of the best things about M-Stak is its nutrient partitioning. That is where Universal took the reformulated version. That is also why it works so well on a bulking diet. The original M-Stak also had some pretty good Testosterone/Hormone boosting ingredients. Since Stak-2 is so good, and there is overlap betweent the two products, the hormone support part of M-Stak is going away.

For a cut...you could use the original M-Stak because of its ability to raise testosterone/hormone levels. The increase in testosterone will help you burn more fat. The nutrient partioning portion of the original M-Stak wouldn't be of much use, or would be hindered by the reduction of calories in your cut.

The new M-Stak isn't be recommended for a cut, and is highly effective when you are bulking. I did take the reformulated version during the alpha test, while cutting, and I lost close to 20 lbs while increasing my strength...very interesting results.

The bottom line is some things you need to try for yourself. If you are getting a good hormone boost from the original M-Stak...Make sure you get on Stak-2 during your bulk when the reformulated product hits the shelves.
