Im benching on the 28th this month, in my first meet. I weigh 165 right now, and just yesterday i put up 315 finally! Anyways, everyone sees my wrists woblying the entire time im benching, and i would like to try some straps. I see they come in many sizes, and im curious to know how to find the right size for me. Also any good brands or places to order let me know! Thanks in advance!

Where can I find myself some straps, you find 'em online? If so can you do me a favor and shoot me the link?
I find DL straps everywhere, haven't seen reg. wrist straps though. Sites I order from don't have them, they're always sold out. I'd appreciate it.

many will say inzer wraps are some of the best around- i just picked up a pair from my gym they're anbout 12 inches long and when i get em nice and tight i get them around my wrist about 2 1/2 times

I just found a bunch on www.prowriststraps.com I just dont know what to buy. Im a beginer. I weigh 165, and my wrist size is 7"

Get the longest that are legal in your fed, clench your fist hard while wrapping getting it as tight as you can, it should be damn near painful. watch what happens when you try to unclench your fist, it should snap right back. wrap so tit is just touching your palm underneath, you will have much more stability,squeeze the bar as hard as you can. The same goes for deads, your grip will be much stronger.

I do not know what the rules allow in this meet. Its being held at the YMCA that i work/train at. I dont know who sanctions it, but i do know people come from all around. I know mike wolfe makes it all the time to watch, dont think hes competed at it tho.

You see Mike tell him I said hey and suggest he go to Hooters with you.(inside joke) Just get the longest ones you can find, I am sponsored by both Inzer and prowristwraps.com , They both carry good wraps. Just make sure you crank those fuckers, your wrists will not move, and squeeze the bar. Tell Mike I said to help ya with the wraps, he's a good guy and should have no problem with it.
