View Full Version : Animal Pak, Pump & Stack 2

With the above stack, how should I take for morning workouts? Evening?

My guesses:

AM Workout Days-
30 mins before workout: Pump
After breakfast: Pak
Sometime during the day: Stack

PM Workout Days-
After breakfast: Pak
1.5 hours before workout: Stack
30 mins before workout: Pump

Any advice would be appreciated.

Taking the sake stuff...

Take the pak with breakfast...

Take Stak 2 about 40 minutes before your workout..
and Pump about 20 minutes before....

I tried taking them at the same time, but gave me massive gas by the time I finished working out.

I have yet to have any gas problems using those supps but i would take the Stak 45 minutes before training then wait 15 minutes and take the Pump 30 minutes before training and then after you have your 1st post-workout meal, take the Pak. On your PM training, take the Pak after the LAST meal that you eat BEFORE you go train so if your last meal is an hour, 2 hours, 3 hours etc., take the Pak after that meal then the Stak 2 45 minutes before training and the Pump 30 minutes before trainig.
