I just started the second week of my 8 week max-ot workout

Im 6'2, 210lbs.(up from 195), eating roughly 4,500 calories a day(as clean as i possibly can while in college at the same time).

I hit the gym around 11 am after a solid breakfeast.

I hit chest quick and hard today, took a week off of BB and stuck with dumbells.


DB Bench 115x5 120x5 120x5
DB Incline 110x6 110x5 110x5
Weighted Dips 90x6 90x5


and in addition, i take a multi, glutamine, creatine, amino acids, M-stak, fish oil, flaxseed oil, and whey

i have been loving this max ot for the first week at least. it fatigues me extremely quick and i get in and out without f'ing around; and in addition it keeps me very focused and motivated, more and mroe ready to hit the iron everyday.

if anyone here has tried max-ot and want to leave feedback i would appreciate it

woke up a little late, about 1015, took down my shake and headed for the gym......did back today ..

Lat pulldowns 170x6 170x5 180x4
seated rows 180x6 180x6 200x4
T-bar rows 125x6 170x4
lower back extension 45x8 45x8

weight pre-workout was 211.5, new high....!
