Well, I just started buying all my own epuipment. I am sick of these "pretty" places that pop up everywhere. I have the basics right now and that is all you need to train like an animal. A power rack, few hundred pounds in weights, a bench and some heavy ass dumbells. This cost me a fortune, but I intend to make this into a down in the dumps, hardcore, blood and sweat, GYM where only the strong survive. That being said here it goes.
I am 22 years old at 210 lbs, 5'8" and about 12-15% BF. That might be a little low for a guess sorry. My intensity in the gym is unreal and I hate when someone shows me up. This is my journey.
I train 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off.
Day 1
Chest and Biceps (I am not a natural Bencher. I suck at Inclines)
Incline Bench- 4x15-7 90,110,140,160
Flat Bench-4x10-5 140,160,180,200x5
Incline Fly-3x8 40,55,70

Bar Curl- 4x10-7 40,50,75,80+Bar (Little cheat on last few reps)
Dumbell Curls- 3x10 40,50,55
Hammer Curl- 3x10 50,60,75 (Little cheat on last few)

Day
Quads (Weather is so cold, ALOT of warmups)
Squats- 8 sets- Bar x 15, 90 x 15, 110 x 15, 140 x 5, 160 x 5, 175 x 10,
175 x 10, 160 x 20. (Not a real heavy day, but thats alot of sets)

Just beginning with the heavy lifting again after a 3 month diet. I will keep you all posted.

Well, this was not just another day. I woke up in a place that I was not really used to, but I could not have been happier. I got to see my girl and knew it was a good day. I actually had a buddy spot me today and push me the distance. The session started out with presses. I was not going to go much heavier than about 90 and the bar for about 10-12, but with a little drive I hit 150 plus the bar for 8-10. 195, personal best. My delts are really coming up. FINALLY! Anyway...
Presses- 5x15-8 50x15, 75x15, 90x15, 110x12, 150x8
Side Lateral- 3x10 25x10, 35x10, 50x10
Upright Row- 4x6-10 50x10, 70x10, 90x8, 110x6
Front Raises- 3x10 45x10
Close Grip Bench- 4x6-10 90x10, 140x8, 180x8, 180x6
Incline Crushers- 3x10 50, 60, 110

That was a long session, but I feel great. Now to my diet. Let me know what you think.
Protien and Fat... Occasionally a carb meal. About 3500+ calories. 350g Protein, 110g Carbs and 200g Fat. This has been my best diet.
Whole eggs and olive oil, 80% lean ground meat, tuna w/ sunflower oil, 2tbs of peanut butter with every meal. Post training, 66g carbs from Gatorade.
Nuts! Right? My recovery is awesome and I sleep great. My test levels are through the roof from the fat and I have stayed pretty dry. I hold alot of water from carbs. Anyway, time to stuff in food and hit the sack. Tomorrow is a Back day. Hell day as I think of it. But hey, the back seperates the men from the boys. Later!
