I just put up my training log...mine as well put up the diet as well.

seven weeks of offseason left before I diet for a show (7 weeks til I put up my cutting log...ugh!)

STATS:

6'4''
293 lbs
12% bf

I weigh alot...gotta eat alot

meal 1: whey 50g
oatmeal: 3 packets of delcious sugared oatmeal

meal 2: 12 egg whites
oatmeal...same as meal 1

meal 3 (pre lift)

12 ounce steak
2 cups brown rice

meal 4 (pw)
50g whey + 100g dextrose + creatine/glutamine

meal 5
chicken + 1 cups brown rice

meal 6
same as five

meal 7
15 egg whites
oatmeal: 3 packets

daily average:

protein 400-500
carbs 800
fats 80g or so from nuts and oils throughout the day

Thanks Maximus! The thing is Ive always had to eat a ton. Starting out 3 years ago I was 6'4 205lbs...Think about where most people start in weight (due to height). Right out of the gate I had to consume 200-300g of protein daily just becuase of the weight my height carried. As the last few years progressed I had to eat more and more obviously. Even in my current diet I could consume more eat meal...but i found if i stick to around 50-70 pro and around 100g of carbs each meal its enough to where I can gain muscle and keep my bf% decently low in the offseason.

whats up massfreak! it sounds like you have your diet on lock bro! I compete in ten weeks and four days then again four weeks later! Keep training hard big dog!

HOW MANY WEEKS ARE YOU GIVING YOUR SELF TO DIET FOR YOUR SHOW?

Hey Massfreak, I see you get your carbs from brown rice- I love it too. Easy to eat and good for you. But, do you add veggies to your meals? I know some guys don't list them but I was curious. Thanks

I usually have veggies with my chicken and steak meals...i just didnt list them

No prob bro...I'm 6'1'' and 220 right now but I couldn't imagine being as huge as you...I could prolly grow better if I had more carbs w/my meals, but I'm able to stay lean on about 300g of carbs a day and 350-385g of protein a day...

I think its smart to stay relatively lean..plus for me any added weight and my joints start to dislike me!

what time do you eat your first meal. and do u soace them 3 hrs apart?

thatoneguy- I space my meals as follows

meal 1 8am
meal 2 10:30
meal 3 1pm
meal 4 4pm
meal 5 5:30pm
meal 6 8pm
meal 7 11pm
