Hey young_muscle! If you can be dedicated to eating all the meals you will be well on your way to gaining some mass...nutrition is number one in this game.
Here are some things i might change:
7:00 add some oatmeal carbs are your friend
12:00 this appears to be your pre lift meal....if so you need more carbs to energize your lift....i like to eat brown rice at this time
3:00 before you lift its a good idea to get some protein via some whey protein
8:00 cut the nuggets and get another quality meal in
hope this helps...i also have my bulking diet posted under bulking/cutting logs
Definatly at OATS as a key source of carbs. 2-3 cups per day, 1 especially at breakfast time, and perhaps one in your pre workout meal and one with ur MM following your workout. As mass_freak said, get rid of the nuggets and add a solid meal of chicken breast and yams or steak and potatoes.
Keep training hard and EAT consistently and gains will come.
young_muscle I would add more carbs to you diet, things like oatmeal, rice, potatoe, yams and stuff. It would appear you are low on them and if you don't supply enough carbs you will have trouble growing. There are many good BMI calculators you can find on the web which will give you a starting place for total calories.
If your activity rate is average I would guess your BMI would be around 2104 total calories. If you want to add weight you will need to increase that by let say a moderate amount of 500 cal. As a starting point have your macronutrient ratios a 60% carbs 15% fat and 25% protein. Stay with whatever amount and combination you choose for at least one or two weeks, monitor and adjust in small incriments as you notice changes in your body.

Thanks for your help. I appricate it alot. Ill add some oats in meal #1, and rice in meal #3, and some protein in meal#4, and finally istead of chicken nuggets ill have a chicken breat and some rice. Does that look ok? Also what do you guys think about teens using creatine? Ive read various opionins on it.
Sounds a lot better mate.

Hey bro, I'm in my teens also, I'm 14. Animalpak.com really helped me get my diet in order, and in 3 months I've gained close to 15 pounds. With the help of this diet and an intense, heavy weight training program, I'm benching 235, squatting 275, and deadlifting 295 with only 11 months in the gym.
Here's what I ate yesterday during the average school day, and I generally follow the same prioritization of protein and complex carbs with my meals.
You'll need to plan ahead with cooking meals and maybe shop at the wholesale club to save on the enormous amounts of food you'll be consuming, but if you're dedicated enough to your goals it's fairly simple. The most important thing above all is the results I've seen from following this diet. Here we go...
__________________________________________________ _______________
I stick to drinking 2 gallons of water a day. I use an old 32 oz. Gatorade bottle and fill it up at least 8 times a day.
5:30 - Universal's Animal Pak, 1 scoop Optimium Pro Complex Protein Powder, and a glass of orange juice.
- This meal gets me awake in the mornings and lets me have some food in my stomach as I ger ready for school and prepare my breakfast.
6:15 - 6 egg whites, 1 bowl oatmeal, 1 cup grapes, 1 glass milk.
8:30 - 3/4 cups brown rice (Success Rice prepared in advance), 1 diced chicken breast mixed with a few spoons of salsa in a container.
- I have to ask to use the lav in my second period class, and I'll stop by my locker on the way to pick up this meal. I'll go to the furthest stall from the door and pack this meal down. I throw all the ingredients together for fast eating, and throw salsa in the mix to moisten up the food so it chews faster. Quickness is necessary, as teachers will soon catch on if you don't eat fast enough.
11:00 - Regular school lunch time - 1/2 pound roast beef and two slices of cheese on two slices of whole wheat bread (excellent way to exercise your jaw), 1 apple, and a lowfat chocolate milk.
1:30 - Protein bar, at or exceeding 300 calories.
- I'm still in school, so I'll resort to the shitter once more. Twice a week, I'll have study hall at this time, where we're allowed to eat.
3:30 - 1 baked potato with a pouch of tuna (30+ grams protein)
6:00 - Pre-Workout - 3/4 cup brown rice with 1 chicken breast.
- When I arrive at the gym, I'll have one or two scoops of Shock Therapy (I honestly prefer it over BSN's N.O. Explode) and one scoop of Optimum Pro Complex. This gets me more than prepared for my workout.
Immediatly after my workout's over (7:30 to 7:45) I'll have two scoops of Optimum's Pro Complex.
8:00 - 1 bowl white pasta or white rice, at least 8-10 oz. of meat, 1 serving vegetables.
- This is my family's dinner time, so the food selection varies from night to night. My mom's an R.N., so she cooks healthy anyways. I'll weigh the meat on a cheap scale that I bought from GNC.
10:30 - 11:00 - 1 bowl oatmeal, 1 scoop Optimum Pro Complex in skim milk, and a small steak or a can of water-packed tuna.
- Immediatly after this meal's consumed, I hit the hay.
__________________________________________________ _______________
With your diet, it seems to me you're not taking in enough complex carbs. They'll give you energy throughout the day and ease the fat gain in the bulking period. Also, eat bigger meals, prioritizing protein in all of them. Most importantly, THROW AWAY THE MUSCLE MILK. It's the most awful product I've ever used. It didn't pack shit muscle-wise and put way too much fat on me for my tasting. In my opinion, it's the most over-hyped, misinterpreted, bullshit product on the market today.
Good luck with your bulking plans, brother. Don't be afraid of the fat gains that are imminent with this phase of diet. The muscle you'll pack on won't make you regret it in the slightest. Lift hard and heavy, and eat, eat eat!

Thanks, bro. My diet is the only reason I'm stronger and look better than kids my age who've been lifting for two years or more. It's amazing how you can have a shit week of training, but have a solid week of eating and still be making gains.
what these guys said... carbs, carbs, carbs... and more carbs. Oatmeal, rice, whole wheat bread, potatoes, yams, pasta... you should be eating atleast 50-60g of carbs at each meal, if not more.

How can yall just go to the bathroom every day to eat? I hate school cause I'm always so hungry and my teachers can be total bitches about eating. And if I'm going to the bathroom even two times a week in the same class they start to restrict my privileges. They don't care if i have to take a shit or not. But I'm definately in the same boat... 17 @ 134 as of today... pretty depressing weight but I've gained about 12 pounds in a month and a half on training routine 6 using the Pak and Pump. Hopefully I can get some M-Stak soon.

Behave in class and get good grades, believe me. The teachers at my school will let you get away with anything as long as you don't fuck around with them.

If House uses it, I sure as hell won't doubt him.
Do whatever your body needs to make it grow. Everyone's different. For me, I need loads of carbs and medium-high protein intake. But for one of my friends, his bulking diet looks more like a precontest diet to me, but he's growing like a weed.

Hey man vinny's right. you're 15 yrs old and 6' tall! that's a superfast metabolism. Never let yourself get hungry, eat when you're full! Then eat some more! Don't be afraid to drink those cals either. Add some more carbs, yeah, but don't be afraid to stop and pay a visit to ronald mcdonald a couple times a day. Enjoy that metabolism and take advantage of it.

Alrigth ive been using it with a little stuff different here and there. Like instead of 12 whole eggs i just eat 6 whole eggs. But it has been working very good.
Sounds a lot better mate.
As for creatine, being 15 stick with FOOD man. It will do the job, leave the supplementing for when your a bit older. Im fairly sure this will the general concensus around here?
yeah i agree, creatine is a nice addition but i trained from 15-17 without the stuff and i gained incredibly. i gained two inches on arms. my brother you have a long way to go BUT your on the right path and have a good bulking diet!
dude after you workout ... PIG OUT ON SWEETS! have anywere from 70 to 100 grams of fast carbs like white bread, chocolate, oranges, jelly watever... trust me wen your done working out your body craves sugar and if you feed it youll grow fast .. and dont forgett your protein i usally have 70 grams tops off of a shake or something. but you only have a 45 min window to shove all that in.. on and by the way that muscle milk IS AWESOME. you gain like crazy.. but i got a little chuncky with it. so dont over do the muscle milk. oh and have a lot of milk to its a easy protein and miracle gainer.

if your trying to "gain some weight", you should eat anything not tied down, regardless of nutrional value as long as its high in calories.
if your goal is try and put on solid lean muscle gains than you should heed the advice of those that have posted prior to this

to aeon and D-Bomb,
why would you recommend not supp'ing until we're older? all those extra nutrients can't be bad for us, can they?

Ive been following the diet and i feel really good. Ive also been trying to eat alot of carbs.
to aeon and D-Bomb,

it is not necessarily a safety issue, its a matter of pushing through boundaries and finding your strengths/etc, working out the ultimate diet for you to gain mass etc and once you get that down and gain more muscle then you can look into more supps.
