Whats good guys.. This is going to be my Animal Pump/ Torrent Log. I'm currently at 201lbs... I'm clean bulking and this log is going to be bascially toward my exercises and lifts.
I've been lifting on and off for about five years... But I've been really serious about it in the last four months and I've seen results now that I have never had before.. My diet is right for me and i've got a training split and exercises that are working great for me right now.. My lifts are ok but not huge.. But you'll see along the process..
I've played basketball all my lilfe until recently and I've been solid on just working out
Current supplements are
Glutamine
Whey Protein Isolate (Which I'll still take but it will not be for PWO)
Multi
Omega 3's
I'm almost done with my second can of animal pump so I'm feeling the full effects of pump and I'm looking forward to staking Torrent with this.
My training is a five day training split
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Shoulders
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Bi's and Tri's
Day 5: Back
My current reps for the three major lifts are as follows
Bench 225 x 3
Squat 225 x 5
Deads 315 x 3
I know I don't have the strongest lifts in the world but here recently from using pump they have shot up so that should tell you something LOL
What I normally do is listen to my body on when I take my off days... I have two and I use them when I need them. Some people might look down on that but I try to listen to my body and what its trying to tell me.

I have scheduled a trip back home to Alabama the 8th through the 18th of May... So this shouldn't effect me too bad.. I'll be training probably on a four day split then instead of five... I might even have to cut it too three but we will see how it goes

I'm keeping everything the same so I can see the gains that is directly toward torrent...
I'm thinking about getting on animal Flex too cause my joints are killing me now since I've been going up on my lifts...

I was going tell you guys I've been on this for about two cans...
I've been asked on other forums and I've seen questions.. I've have more vascularity now since i"ve been on pump.... I've always had veins pop on my forarms but now, i have spider veins in my bi's, I can see them in my shoulders, and go through my chest.
And I'm not cut either.. I'm a solid 200 lbs... So I could imagine if my BF was lower!!

Today was chest... Took my pump and my usual 30 min wait...
Was feeling the pump as always after the first exercise...
I did a warmup set on flat bench.. I usually don't go heavy on this just because there is no one there at my gym that can spot me.. So i just warm up

As always, I'm feeling really full in my chest.. Blood is flowin and a massive pump. Veins are poppin and I never had veins before pump. Feel like I could keep working out but don't want to overdo it..
Drank about a gallon of water during workout.. I drink shit loads while i'm lifting
So I took Torrent afterwards.... So here is my review on it.
It smells damn good... So I took as directed.. Three Scoops in my shaker.
I was wondering how well it was going to mix in my shaker.. And it mixed awesome! So I tasted it and it tasted great also.. I don't know what some people are talking about when they say it taste like shit... I have not a clue.
I'm about to eat in about 30 min... High Carb. High Protein..
I'll give an update later today to see how I'm feeling

After my workout and Torrent... I've had three meals since my workout this morning..
My body still feels to be pretty pumped. Now this could be just be me thinking this because I've added a new supplement but I do.. I feel like my body is still pretty pumped after severial hours of taking pump and torrent together.
When I had pump alone it was about severial hours then the major pumps went away.. I'm still pretty full...
We'll see tomorrow on shoulders how I feel

Whats good Fellas... So here is my day two.. Shoulders.
This one isn't going to be as detailed cause I left my damn notepad at home and couldn't record my lifts. But I remember most of them.. So here it is..
Bent Side Lat DB
3 sets. finishing with 30lb DB's for ten reps
military BB Press
Three sets. Finished with 135 x 10
Machine Side Lat Raises
I did four sets of these. Finished with 60lbs
Reverse Delt Flys
Three sets and I did 110 on final set for 8 reps
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
Three sets. Final set did two plates on each side for 4 reps
Front Lat DB raises
Three sets... Final set did 45's for 8 reps
Reverse grip military Press with EZ bar
Plate on each side. Three sets. 7 reps each set
Now for Traps
Three sets of Barbell shrugs. Finished with 225 for 10 reps
Three sets of DB shrugs. Finished with 115's for 8 reps
HS shrugs
Three sets. Last set did three plates on each side for 8 reps
Took Torrent afterwards. Still great taste!! I kind of got gassed by the end of workout but I usually do that on shoulders anyways because of shrugs. From yesterday's workout my chest feels pretty good. Not as sore as I normally am.. So thats good. Still full.. Chest looks good. We'll see how long my shoulders stay pumped for.
From now on I won't forget my notepad so I'll have better records of my lifts. SORRY GUYS..
I feel like I'm kind of coming down with a sinus infection... Hopefully i can fight it off.. But regardless I'll be in the gym everyday. Push through this shit. I'll give an update later today!

Well I woke up this morning and I'm bout to head out to get me some Vitiman C cause this is getting to me.. But it will not slow me down..

I've been selected by a panal of judges at bb.com to do a 3 month transformation. Lots of cash prizes and supplements. Its me against 9 other guys. Some are actually amature bodybuilders that do comps.
Its about who does the biggest transformation so I think I'm going to do pretty well.
But I'm staying on my current supplements. After this is over (The Log I'm doing) I'm going to stay on my current supps and I might add Mstak... Or you guys can help me out.
I'm representing ANIMAL through this contest. I'm doing this for all the guys that goes balls out in the gym. I'm doing this for the Forvm and the Legion of brothers that I have and I'm lookign for support from you guys.

So its a really nice and sunny day in Central Coast California... I love working out when its nice and warm.. The doors open at the gym so you can work out in fresh air.
So today was shoulders.. and I f*cking killed them.. I had a really good high energy workout... I had to make myself stop cause I didn't want to overtrain since I already to High Volume workouts..
My sinuses are still bothering me but not as bad as they normally do...

So I'm killing it in the gym since I've been on Torrent... I've got one serving left so I'm going to be doing my three major lifts to see how my progress has went.. Can't go with my Bodyweight cause I lost some on my vacation... I was pissed but hey, i couldn't do too much about it... I only lost about a pound so I stayed about the same but my BF has went down some.. I'll be posting those stats later.

I can't really go by my final number on my weight cause I lost 8lbs when I took my vacation in Alabama..... But my strength went up!!!!! Thanks Universal!!!!

Well guys Torrent and Pump are going to be a staple in my supplement area from now on.. Nothing compares and I've taken a shit load of supplements. I would rate the stak a 9 out of 10....
Pump I've been on for a while and I keep going up on my lifts..
Torrent taste great IMO and with all the stuff in it you can't beat it...
Three major lifts when up at least two reps.. awesome stuff... I can only see me going up.. thanks Animal/Universal
