Wish me luck brothers...Tomorow is my first competition. Its just benching, touch-n-go...but its a start. Weigh ins are at 8am, ill hit the scale at 165lbs...competition starts at 11am. Im opening with 275, 300, 315...hopefully all goes well. Just eating a shitload all day today, Sitting in the hot tub to relax, and steam room to clear my head in the morning. Any Mike Wolfe is gonna wrap my wrists! No reason why this shouldnt be a good experience! Ill post results though!

Powerfreak's right, and if you're just trying to make weight and it's not much, just spit several hours before weigh in. It's just a touch-n-go, no need to tax yourself.
Have fun with it and good luck. Mike Wolfe is a great athlete and cool guy, good to have him in your corner!

Thanks for all the support...wish i had some animal brotherhood with me tomorow...mike actually pm'd me...hes not gonna make it. He has 2 friends from westide gym coming in his place...so maybe ill click with them...im not doing the hot tub and steam room to drop weight (hell i cant gain weight when i try anymore) haha im just doing it to relax...i use to fight mma, i did it before fights...just a ritual to clear my head...Thanks again for the support brothers!
