FOr the last few years ive really spent the vast majority of my training focusing on increasing mass as well as my strength levels. There is a show coming up in april which will be my first and i am curious dietwise. What should i do in terms of carb consumption, proteins, fats and calories. Keep in mind I am 6'2" 237lbs with around 13% bodyfat, my bodyfat goal is 4%. If someone could shoot me a reply i would appreciate it.

depends on what school of thought you chose to subscribe. some will have you on very minimal carbs with high protein and low fat etc. the combinations can be endless. the best advice i can suggest if you are gonna do this on your own for the first time is this. after you hav done all your reserch and have made an educted decision, STICK WITH IT. i found out the hard way you need to stick out a program and make small adjustments, then let those adjustments take effect before changing again. also find someone you trust to tell you about your progress because your opinion is biased and not nessesarily trustworthy in this case. we always look worse to ouselves than we really are!
My personal paln I stick with is 60%carbs 25% protein and 15% fat. i will increase and decrease my total cals to stimulate metabolism and as I get closer to stage time will cycle low cal/high fat for 5 days, then a protein day, an all fruit day and then high protein/low fat for 5 days with a good cheat meal. Then it back to satndard protocal.
