This week I will be starting a new stack that consists of:
Pre workout: new M-Stak & N1T
Post workout: Torrent
I will be taking Animal Pak and Flex as my basics. Now I consider this a lean mass stack or a great bulking stack however I will be taking it while cutting. The reason is that I want to maintain as much muscle as possible while cutting. After using these products separately I believe they will help with keeping mass and strength especially with the heavy dose of leucine in the new M-stak and Torrent.
The N1-T is a natural test booster that I have used and helps with strength.

I am not including Animal Pump (even though I LOVE it) because I am going to take a break from NO supps for a while. I believe supplements are most effective if you cycle them now and again.
I will be sipping on BCAA's during training as well.
I am not going to post my daily workouts however I will post my results/feelings each week.
I am starting right at 200 lbs. with too much bodyfat. I am wearing 34" jeans right now and they are slightly tight.
I train 5 days per week with one bodypart per day. I am training Power/Rep Range/Shock style.
Cardio will be 5 days per week at 40 minutes post workout.
