Hello all, I will be kicking this log off on April 30th.

I am currently have been bulking for about 3 months now, and im on my second can of M-Stak

Supplements:
Animal M-Stak
Animal Nitro
vitamins C, D, Calium with magnisum and Zinc, B-complex, Fish Oil and E
Vitamins are store bought

Starting weight: 190

Current Maxes:
Chest: I have done 80lbs X 3 times with DBs, and i have done 215lbs with a Barbell
Squat: 275X8 times, but i havent maxed out since i starting doing my form correctly
DeadLift: I Just started deadlifting seriously just recently, and the most i have done is 235 X 5 times

Im siked that Universal and Animal gave me a change to test this out because i want to break 200lbs before i start cutting, and i have a feeling i will smash that. I will post my diet tomorrow with my work out. Keep strong Bros.

Today was legs day. I took my M-Stak a hour before i worked out, then took my pump 15 min before i went workout. I got this from researching it on the forum. I then took my Nitro before i went workout also. I also got to sport my new " Go Hard or Go Home" animal shirt that i won. It felt so good wearing it.

My routine is modeled after the "bench like animal" routine, but its changed some.

My starting weight is 191lbs

Squats

(tired to keep form solid,
but i think i need to up the weight next time)

I usually do extensions, but the damn machine was broken so i did some lunges

Note: I go all the way down and the flex them hard when i come up. I do not bounch when im doing the workout.

Note: took a long break kinda from the 2nd to 3rd set, i was talking to my friend ( yea i know i shouldnt have but i did)

Note: I dont do the workout as i listed it, i start off with quads doing squats, then do hammys, then calfs, then quads, calfs, quads again then finish off with doing some straight leg deadlifts for my hammys.

Im open to suggestions on if i should change some things in my routine. Just let me know

I then finshed off my workout with running a mile on the indoor track above the gym at my school's workout center. I know most people dont like to do cardio when they do legs, but i like to because i find it finishes off my legs to help them break down more, i usually run a mile. I also like to do it to keep up my cardio. Once i was finished i then walked to my Jeep and drank my torrent. I only put 2 scoops in because thats all i could fit in my bottle of water with out making a mess. I will prolly put 3 next time i use it. The Torrent taste pretty good. It kinda taste like cherry medicine, the kinda we all took growing up but it taste good for being a workout supp you drink in water. I have tasted wayy worse before.

Edit: i decided that i wont take my 2nd pak of Nirto because i have torrent, and i feel i would be over loading on Amino Acids if i did take the 2nd pak

Next post will be on Wednesday when i do some Chest and Tris.

I think you did well bro, congrats.

I would think the key 'answers' to your questions would come from you; did you think it was a good (or great) w/o? Did you give it your all and have good focus and concentration (excluding chating between sets)?

If your answers are yes, then I would stick to what you're doing for now.

(Time changes from day to day, sometimes its at 7:15, sometimes its at 9:15 depending on what time i get up for class)


On days that i eat at 7:15, i eat a Zone Bar with 20oz of water at 930


Lunch:
I usually eat whatever is in the caf at school. I usually get the main course, which today was red beans and rice :) i then get a salade and i usually load it down with eggs when they have them. I also usually get 2 small pieces of pizza just for kicks too.

Quiznoes sub from the school cafe'. I usually get the chicken, steak or turkey on wheat bread. I also have a smoothie with it with the protein mix of a whole 8g of protein.

I sometimes try to eat at 7:30 or so, i know i need to make it a habit to eat at 7:30 everyday.

Im open to suggestions to change my diet. Hammer away and dont be shy.

Took my pump this morning, i didnt take the red pill because i wanted to try to hit me up a nap later in the day. Workout yesterday tore me up, it feels like a rhino rapped my ass. But that means that i did a good job

Had a good overall pump through out the workout, it felt pretty good. Taking the red pill out helped me because it didnt effect my head as much. Torrent is working great. My legs were super tore up eailer this week, now they are sore free. I think im hooked on torrent for life. As for my weight, i think that its going up because of water weight, because of the creatine mix in the pump. but im not sure.

just wanted to do a little up date, I went and did abs yesterday, i just took my pump in the morning, and my M-stak during the day. I figured it didnt pay to take it before going, i just did abs and obliques. I took my last pak of M-stak today. Im waiting a week then im going to start my cutting cycle for the summer. I hope uni rep doesnt get mad that i switched cycles while in the log, because it will effect my weight of course. Tomorrow im going tear up my legs so until then, peace

Took pump 30 min before, took Nitro right before. I took the red pill with the pump this time, the only thing is i opened the pill up and took some of the powered out of it so it wouldnt be so bad on my head.

Post workout: i mixed my torrent in a 1.8fl oz bottle, so i put 4 scoops to make up for the difference. I also went back to working out in my old gym in my home town, and it felt great. I had a awesome workout today, i think it was one of the best ones in my life.

ok so i been out of the gym for almost 2 weeks. After my last workout, i found out i pulled my rhomboid muscle. I stayed out of the gym for 2 weeks and let it heal up. I also went to the chiropractor and he helped me out some. It was feeling really good today so i went do my legs. I also started my cutting diet on Tuesday of this week. I have been cycling my carbs low low med high, and today was my high day. I took my pump 30min or so before working out and then i took my nitro. Today i tried something different with what i drink during my workout. I mixed some storm, 2 gultamine pills and 2 liver pills, and i mixed it all up with some Gatorade. It tasted pretty good. So here is my workout.

After my workout i downed my torrent, i used the 1.8 L bottle again with 4 scoops. I also took my nitro before i did my cardio. I upped my reps because im on my cutting phase. I kinda have a caffeine high right now because evidently the storm has some in it. Overall i had a good workout, i tried to keep the intensity high to burn more fat.

Well today i used my last pak of pump. I wanted to send it off with a bang so i did an full arm workout. It was great, i had a great pump, and plenty of energy. My rhomboid was kinda acting up so i iced it up. I wanted to train even though it hurt me, i couldnt stand to be away from the gym anymore. Well lets have a little review shall we

Squat: i did 285 10 times the last leg workout
Deadlift: i havent deadlifted in a while because of my back, but the best i did so far was 245 x5


Pump: stuff is great, helped me push harder than i ever though i could
Torrent: Taste great, works great, nuff said

They both will become part of my supps from now on
