wellll i went to the gym yesterday to try to get my stack kicked off here but since my university has just became a ghost town (summer classes) they fuckin changed the hours on the doors.......wasted a pak of pump. FUCK boys this stack is nothing to mess with. Its pure performance! i seriously felt stronger than i have in a while in their today and i only had 2 meals in. after i got off the bike i felt VERY queasy as my legs were beat to shit i had to chill for a little beforee i could dirnk my TORRENT....i had insane pumps in my legs and veins were visible...something that i havent had before...or atleast havent noticed.....each exercise was done with STRICT form and i made sure by the mirror.....washed my nitro down with torrent, no bloating....perfect....gona hava Gdiesel mass shake here its been about an hour since i workd out.....peace

I need to clean up my eating a little bit i think. I am 6-3 195 and in my stomach it looks like i can clean my shit up a bit. As i am REAL lean all over my body except my stomach i guess i gotta stop eattin so LATE all the time and eatin deep fried shit at the university cafe......Only reason i been eatin dirty is cuz of my frame.....im eatin everything in fuckin sight.......and it is working but i want to be leaner.....im thinkin of startin cardio, even tho it is reccomended in my current split i have never really done any.....cuz i wana bulk, oh well.
anyway.....today was a partial back day complements of split 6 and did i ever go after it. PRS shattered today.

alright...so i have alot of hours (9-4) this week i am going to be doing some of my training as soon as the gym opens at 6. It has alos been VERY hard for me to be getting full meals in as i only get about 2 short breaks and no lunchbreak at this job....i can however drink as much water as i want.....i guess i need to get some protein bars to eat throughout the day and eat a massive meal here.

Is this workout still working and still seeing results? If something aint broke, dont fix it. Some peoples bodies dont get used to a workout plan for several weeks. but everyone is different.

well, i have been working an unbelievable amount of hours lately and with the restriction of breaks that i have had, i have bene eating like SHIT.........and i can tell in the gym, im feeling very tired and just overall not as strong and solid as i used to.....i took a day off the other day after work because of it....i now have two days off and im going to head bakc to the gym and go after it anyway i suppose...today i did back and bis......i now added livertabs to my diet to try to get a little more protein in their..hope it helps somewhat..
