Fellas, currently I'm stacking Pak, Nitro, Pump, M-stak, Flex, and Isopure protein. My daily routine is simple, wake pop in a M-stak, 15 mins later I pop a Pump and throw down a shake, 30 mins later I'm lifting. After workout I take my nitro and 30 min after I take another shake. After lunch I take my Pak and Flex, plus two more shakes in the PM and a cassein shake before bed. Am I missin anything?

Sounds like you have everything covered. As long as your diet and training are in line you should make some nice gains.

I'm confused.... it says on the dosage of Pump - "Do not consume any whole foods or protein shakes between your daily dose of Animal Pump and your training session." I've always wondered if a quick shake would help Pump up the workout. Is this cool?

I've been geting great pumps even with taking the protein shake with my animal pump, but I don't know if the shake is effecting it or not.

Well I dont remember where I saw it on the site but one of the guys says he has a supplement shake where he takes all his stuff with his protein shake so I dont think it hurts to take it after drinking a shake. I mean.. I always do it and I dont think it does anything..

If you take it on an empty stomach you may feel the effects of the arginine a little stronger, that being said a growing bodybuilder should never really be on an empty stomach.

Here's what I do, I eat a pre workout meal about 1.5 hours pre training then take my pump 30 minutes pre training.

May not be ideal, but it'll work nonetheless...

Ideally you dont really want to eat too close to the beginning of a workout anyway. Your body will prioritize digestion and you wont get the full blood flow to your muscles. They tell you not to eat between taking Pump because when you do, the pump will just help your body digest your food instead of pumping blood to all the muscles.
