i just got back from my first workout with my pump/torrent stack. i actually just drank my torrent about 15 minutes ago. i loved the pump i had so much extra energy for my work out it was awesome. my training right now is all supersets becuase im taking finals and im strapped for time

mondays workout =back/traps/Bi's

i started with a full body warmup 3 minutes of jump rope than hit the wieghts

DB bent over rows SS with pull-ups
65*12 pull-ups to failure
70*12 pull-ups to failure

pullover SS with T-Bar Rows
95*12 Rows to failure
100*12 Rows to Failure

Mid-Range DeadLift SS with shrugs
205*20
205*20

Front Shrugs
225*20
225*20

Reverse Grip Curl/single DB hammer Curl/ standing DB curls =TriSS
RG Curl 100*12/DB Hammer 65*7/ Standing DB Curls 75*5
RG Curl 105*12/DB Hammer 70*7/ Standing DB Curls 80*5
RG Curl 110*12/ DB Hammer 75*7/ Standing DB Curls 85*5

followed up by interval training on a stair machine

Looks like your body is having a great reaction to AnimalPUMP then. Fantastic, glad your workouts are going so well, just wait for the second week, you'll love the gains. :-P

ohh you gotta love superset workouts they're fast and give killer pumps and its even better when you have a kick ass creatine/NO2 product like "PUMP". i wore my "shut the fuck and train shirt" to the gym the looks i got were priceless. i took my Torrent like 20 minutes ago and im feeling good. i could see marks on my arms from the pump i had it was SWEET

Incline Fly SS with Incline Bench Press

150* 12 / push ups to failure (this was week i did like 10 and couldnt push myself off the ground)

followed with 30 minutes of cardio

i got a sweet pump and got a killer sweat i had great energy. my recovery from monday is pretty good my muscles just felt tight not sore yesterday

i shouldve posted this earlier my Bi's and shoulders are my weakest areas of the body becuase ive dislocated my shoulders so much like 40 times in the last 3 years

sorry it took so long for me to post this i had a bunch of graduation practice stuff to do today

todays workout was kick ass i love pump i get sweet energy its awesome. its always great to do a leg workout and have some sick blood vessels showing

took my torrent right after i did the raises and my legs felt like jello for about an hour and they still give out but not nearly as much as the did when i wasnt taking torrent or pump so thats good. i actually walked the entire practice commencement ceremony without my legs giving out once that was nice.

ive spent the last two days driving home and i should be home tomorrow so ive taken a break from my lifting until i get home i still take my pump in the morning it gives me great energy for the drive

well the drive was nice even though it fucked up my schedule. i got home late wednesday night but i was up thursday morning for a workout. it fealt good to be in a gym again and to have my pump running through me.
Thursday workout(this is wednesdays workout)

Chest/Triceps/Shoulders
3 min. jump rope for a warm-up

Incline Fly SS with Incline Bench Press

man this workout felt so good i loved it so much the pump was awesome and like looking at the veins (for some reason the torrent tasted amazing after the workout)

here is todays(saturday) workout it was awesome and i loved it too it felt i hadnt lifted in years and thursdays and todays workout were just amazing its the only thing i can say about it

damn i love this stuff ive put on 2 lbs which is good on my diet. ive got energy and i just recover well on this stack. i did this workout this morning than i had minor surgery on my toe and i should be back in the gym on wednesday

these past two workouts have just been freaking awesome. ive had amazing pumps and my wieghts have gone up which kicks ass. im so lucky i got to test this stuff. i ordered more if this stuff for when i run out

my fellow gym rats sorry for such a long wait in between posts i started my new job with the ASU strength and conditioning team. the hours are nuts and im not gonna lie this stack gave me a good pump but for recovery didnt work. now my workout wasnt regular on two seperate days i had to do every lift that the could do during a workout. my last workout was thursday and my legs are still fucking killing me. i swear if its like this tomorrow im gonna be pissed. ohh dont blame it all on the torrent my diet hasnt been normal ive been living off muscle milk collegiate for the past 6 days since they're free
