Here we go guys, day one. Let's see what this has to offer. ANIAMAL REP Thank you so very much for this sweet combination of bomb-ass supplementation fury that will over-load my workouts. . . . I'm just really excited.

Arms: 17 3/4"
Quads: No idea, I'll measure though!

My current split is located on my other journey, so you can go look there, or maybe in a little bit I'll just update a new post with my split and what I eat on there.

I'm currently on a cut. . . so I'm honestly sort of worried about my weight gain, or if I'm going to lose the vascularity, or shit....lose the edgyness. FUCK MAN, pray not. LOL

We'll see, we'll see. . .

Okay....So not only was today freaking AMAZING but I got great news from the girlfriend that she's not pregnant, so hell yeah, I'm having a great day!

Today was back/chest day, and this is how it went.

BACK DAY !!!!

DEADLIFT : 135x15; 225x10; 245x10; 265x10
BB Bent Over Rows : 135x30
DB Bent Over Rows : 100x20; 90x20; 80x20
Lat Pulldowns Behind Head : #9 (12.5lbs each plate.)x10; #8x10; #7;10
Lat Pulldowns Infront : #9x10; #8x10; #7x10
Seated Pully Row : #12x10; #11x10; #10x10

CHEST DAY !!!!

Incline Press : 45x30
Incline Fly : 30x10; 25x10; 20x10
Cable Upright Pulls : #5x10; #4x10; #3x10
Cable Downright Pulls : #5x10; #4x10; #3x10
Flat Flys : 30x10; 25x10; 20x10

ABS !!!!

I can't say that I'm gaining energy or feeling any better, becuase I did back on monday, and I still feel it like I just got done. I did legs on tuesday, and shoulders on thursday and did arms today. I've lowerd my calories even lower than before so I'm only taking in about 60 carbs on a low day and then 100 on a high day. This could be the reason for my pain...but oh well, not bitch'n I love the veins.

By the way, I gotta get cuts in my supp line very soon.

Thanks a lot Wasteland, I appreciate it much. Pushing forward on cardio, and my lower back is taking the greatest toll right now from me playin the drums in jazz band...hahaha it blows. Back day on monday equals one hell of a bad experience in band. :\

The taste...is getting better...and my recovery time is practically cut in half...i'm bulking now...and i can see better results because i'm eating what i really should be...mass amounts of food!

Well, before I would bitch about how bad Torrent tastes...but now I know how fucking AMAZING this shit is and I crave it at the end of my workout. Addicted? Slightly ;)

During this stack I've felt a significant jump in strength and my recovery time has been split literally in half. Ontop of that I'm taking UNI-LIVER and those are amazing, and I've never felt so full before...everythings just unfolding for me.

I'm excited to tell you where I'm going to end using this stack...

BICEP:

Incline db curls : 3x12 45lb down by 5's
Standing EZ curls : 3x12 35's down by 5
Standing BB curls : 3x12 30lbs down by 10
Seated concentrations : 3x12 35lbs stayed.


TRICEP:

V-bar pushdown : 3x12 started at #9 went to #12.
Straight bar pushdown : 3x12 started at #10 went to #13
Reverse curls : 3x12 started at #9 went to #11
Seated tricep extentions : 3x12 started at #4 went to #7

FORE-ARMS:

Standing behind back wrist curls : 3x25.
Seated on knee wrist curls : 3x25
Standing infront wrist curl "ups" : 3x25
Seated Brachiallis curls : 3x25.

Needless to say, I had one hell of a pump at the end of this workout, once I saw I was losing it, I stopped and left....never work through my pumps, just till my peak, then I'm out.

I ended the session with my " quick 1000 " ab routine....she's a hoe, but I love her, even for the price I pay ;)
