And here is where I will begin my travels...

Back ground:

Pre December 2006: 5'11" - 6'
190 lbs
Bench: 225
Squat: 250
-Both of these are crap, but we all start somewhere.

Goal: Eat everything in sight till I hit 225 then cut to 200.

Bench: 315
Squat: 350
-1 year goals.

Ultimately I would like being built like G Diesel, Wrath, House, and all the other brothers out there that have been doing this for a long time.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Present: 212 lbs
bodyfat estimate: ~15-20%

My plan, after reading everything I could find on gaining mass, is honestly to just eat everything I can find (6 meals a day) and lift as hard as I possibly can. This has been an on-going process since roughly December 4, 2006. Since changing my eating habbits and eating mostly clean, I have jumped pretty good. I am not overly concerned right now about the BF %, it will go away. This being my first bulk I wanted a good base weight before I really hit it hard.

Currently I have been doing standard supersets (Bi's/Tri's, etc, etc) but have recently discoverd some information on GVT and am considering going that route. Anyone out there got any info/suggestions?
