DEADLIFT
135 x 12 (warm up)
225 x 8
275 x 1 (PR)

65 x 10
85 x 8
85 x 8
90 x 8
SEATED CABLE ROWS

was a quick workout but was better than not hitting it at all. Was VERY happy with my PR on deadlift. now i can try numbers just under that for working sets now. took PUMP 30min before workout and TORRENT about 20min afterwork out.

This workout had me completely drained and i didnt do that many sets. I altared my routine this time and tried doing my cardio before hand and I will say it was nice knowing after my weight training all i had left to do was grab my things and head home, but I was disappointed with how my workout went due to the fact i had used up a good bit of energy on my cardio. Still all in all a decent workout I got a nice pump in my legs and there is a little soreness in them today but not bad.

55 x 8 (each side)
25 min cardio
I can really see the effects of my diet since i have not been on top of it over the past week or 2 and it has effected my numbers greatly. Numbers were down and the intensity just wasnt there, but good thing is I realize where my problem is and I will get it back on track. Had a mental laps yesterday afternoon and didnt get in my pump when i normally do so had to take it at gym instead of when i leave work to give it time to get into my system. Did some cardio to begin with to get blood going to try and get pump into system faster. Still got a decent pump later in work out instead of right away like it is when i take my pump on its correct schedule. Down Torrent when i got home which was about 15min after cardio session.
