I am just curious cause I have never prepared for a contest before why dont you add beef into your diet? Is there a reason for it or you would rather have chicken?

im on a LOW carb cycle and i do no cardio...chciken just cuts me out personally

maybe 2 weeks out but i wont step on a treadmil till then i mean im 7 % bf now man lol at 6 weeks

i dunno i am just kinda doin what my prep guy is tellin me with exeption of rotating carbs ( i added that one in) but yea weird method of all chciken but hey i dunno 1 its workin 2 i dont know a thing about pre contest diets

A lot of problems with pre-contest is people listen to too many people...sure take what they say, but you have to beleive in that one person who is helping you, he has to know what he is doing...And I am sure he does!
