Hi people,

In about 7.5 weeks time i`ll start my contest prep. for my 2nd natural show here in The Netherlands. This will be 16 weeks out. I am 28yrs old, 1.70m/5"7 tall and weight 80kg/176 Lbs. Fat percentage right now < 10% bf

Last year beginning of December, my first time competing, i placed 4th in my class. I hear alot of people say, thats good bro.. fantastic. But let me tell u i aint happy with 4th place.

I came accros this great website and forum doing some "research" into possible supplements to use. In the past i have used some Universal products like BCAA's caps, ZMA ,L-Glutamine, Green Tea and Arbuterol. Other supplements i have been taking on and off include Whey, Weightgainer (used as a PWO shake), Fish Oil , Multi (ADAM from NOW Foods), CLA, Sesamin, different brands/types of Creatine, NO and test boosters.

I am now looking at different Universal/Animal supps for my upcoming contest prep...

What would be the best combination :

- Animal Pak, Animal Flex, Animal Pump, Animal Cuts, Torrent and ZMA Pro
- Animal Pak, Animal Flex, Shock Therapy/Storm, Animal Cuts and Torrent and ZMA Pro.

Also looking into taking Animal M-Stak?

Could i use Shock Therapy/Storm and the new Torrent during my contest prep as both Storm and Torrent contain Creatine Monohydrate, which might let me hold subcutanious water? Would Animal Pump be a beter choice pre-contest?

Any other suggestions about what supplements to take?

Best regards,

Davy

I took Animal Pak, Animal Pump (pre-workout), EAA Stack (post-workout), and Animal Cuts. I swear by Animal Pump, especially if your doing the low carb approach--it kicks you into gear when you so desparately need the energy to train.

Thanks for your reply bro!

I am now (stil clean-bulking phase) using Shock Therapy and Storm, how would u compare Shock Therapy/Storm with Animal Pump?

How many consecutive cycles of Animal Cuts you do usualy?

I dont know about the storm/shock therapy, but i do know pump is very good, it has been working good for me. You can do as many cycles of cuts as you want until you reach your goal. Only thing is you have to take a week break in between them.
