ya im really tryin to tone up and cut off this lil bit of body fat i have left and i have a general idea of what i need to eat but i could really use some help to fine tune my meal plan to use so if u have any ideas or meals let me know i would appreciate the help... thanks warpath
Keep it simple and clean! Eat a high protein low carb diet. Eat about 6-7 small meals a day. Keep protein at 1,5 g per pound. Eat more carbs in the morning and less at night. Start doing a little cardio. At morning before breakfast or after your workout. Good luck!
Since all of the medical problems I've had, it's hard to get back into it. So I was wondering has anybody out there had a aortic aneurysm and a mild stroke and made it back into lifting, or am I all alone on trying to get back into the game. Some help would be nice.

Make your carbs the last thing you think about. Eat fruit's and veggies with every meal, save the carbs like oatmeal, rice, pasta, bread, etc. for as soon as you wake up and directly after your workout. Cardio is just a way to get a little harder and cut out a couple hundred more calories, but diet has to help you mainly with the body fat. PM me and I can give you some meal idea's or more advice.
