Animal Magzine?

I used to read "Universal Matters" a while ago, but I don't even know if its still printed. Animal magazine would be cool, but I don't mind reading the articles right off the website. I'd settle for a hardcore Animal newsletter via email, though.

That is frickin great idea man. Cause some of these articles now with these articles It doesnt catch my attention and some what boring. Animalpak.com writers get my attention easily and Ive already read a bunch of articles here. So ya a magazine is a great idea.

I think its a great idea, but I don't think it would necessarly be a good business decision. With very few sucessful muscle mags in the industry and mags like M&F, Flex, M&F Her's in hot water.

Yeah i would love to see one anyway and i think they would get a few subscribers and i have tons of mags too: Flex, MD, but no M&F. I just know i love flex and MD and i would love to see some articles and stuff and even if it was only a quarterly magazine still a great thing. It would relieve printing stress and you could pack tons of stuff in it. (PS quarterly means 4 times a year). I would love to hear something from the big shots in this thread maybe see what Animal thinks about this.

Animal should launch a Bobybuilding/Powerlifting, The Web site is by far the best out there, however I dont always have access to a computer. It would be even better if they included a mini-poster with every issue. What do you Animals Think?

ANIMAL is not a media hound by far. A MAG? Sounds too commercial unless it's just for us and not on news stands. The AOM Manual is great to tote around.

I carry it around. I get tired of answerin the questions, so now I give it out. It is just easier saves me time in the gym too. People always wanna ask mid set of mid rep so now I just give them the AOM when I'm done.

Great idea..should make like a web letter or something at least..just email to the registered users. Could be just like the new things on the site since the last issue, and anything else the crew wanted to throw in. I love the AOM, I've had mine for a while and it's always in my gym so I can look up something or just get motivated, I would be in favor of a magazine too.

I think a mag we the registered animals could subscribe to would be sweet,
cause i also dont have accesss to a computer and the Manuel is great ive read it through and through many times and its next to the work out bench so that i log all the time, but a mag to subscribe to with a pull out would be awsome i would pay a good sub. fee to have a pull out in each copy!!!

The best part would be the lack of fucking ads. The shit we have now is pathetic, with all the mainstream mags full of bullshit ads from the biggest assholes in the industry. I understand that the pros got mouths to feed, but it feels like the mags are more concerned with money than with content. If you tore all the ads out of, say, Muscle and fitness, or Flex, you would have less than half the mag left! WTF.

if Animal DOES release a mag, it should be in black and white, for style and money reasons. It should only have Universal Nutrition ads (which are always pretty damned tasteful, with no 6-page-ad-special-report bullshit) and articles from Animals. I would buy a lifetime subscription to THAT shit.
