Ok Guys,
My school is holding a bodybuilding competition next year in our auditorium. It is called Mr. Etowah( Etowah being the name of our school). I am going to compete in it, it will be held in mid April hopefully, thats when it was this year.
Right now I have decided to bulk up, these are my stats just so you know.
Age: 16
Height: 6"4
Weight: 195
Bf: Not really sure, never measured can't really see abs, but slightly.
I am posting all this because I'm not sure how long should I bulk, or too what weight. I don't want ot get too fat, because I've never really dieted before.
I plan to start dieting around december, since that would give me 17-18 weeks to cut. I would like to get to a really low percent bodyfat, not really sure what I can get too, but like 5% or less.
Im eating 6 meals a day right now, Real Gains two to three times a day, lots of steak, chicken and lean beef. The only supps I take right now are Real Gains, whey, and a multivitamin. I plan to start taking Storm and EAA stack this summer.
My routine is as folllows:
Sun-Chest
Mon-Back
Tues-Off
Wed-Shoulders
Thurs-Arms
Fri-Legs
Sat-Off
I could use your guys help with a lot of stuff lol, I know its not really a big show, but it will be my first. Mostly all of the contestants in the show will be football players and the contest is divided by weight. Most of the guys aren't really RIPPED, but they are defined. I believe I can win this show because I have the determination and a lot more knowledge that alot of them do not. None of them even know what water retention is or how to get rid of it in your muscles. Also I have the forvm behind me and all of you guys to back me up, I'll probalby be posting alot and will start a log and post some pics come december.
