My coaches just told me to eat as much as i could, it didn't matter what it was because i was going to be running it off anyway. Well this coming year is my senior year and i want to go out with a bang. And i just eat whatever whenever. 2 weeks ago i tried a diet 6 meals a day small and big and before practice i didn't feel tried, or weak i was ready, i was able to do all the drills without any pain. Now i stopped and its back to being tired and hurting. I have no knowledge as to what i should and shouldn't eat or how to do meals plans i want to learn and gain some knowledge i have 3 month's before 2 a days happen and i want to be ready and be a animal on the field. So links or just info you can put on me would be greatly thanked so i can ask better questions.

Age 17, BF around 14.5 to 15% , weight 187 , Height 5'11 lifting for 3 years.

Goal eat better and see where it takes me and my training.

If you look under the diet section you'll be able to learn a lot. Basically for football you have to eat a lot. The key is what you eat. You want to eat foods that will help your body rather than hurt it. You can find a main list of what to eat in those sections as well. Look around learn a lot. Goodluck wit ur senior season bro.
