I have heard that it is a good idea to eat something before going to sleep because its fasting time. So i got cottage cheese from the store, but it tastes nasty. I can eat it but it's almost impossible to eat more than 4 spoons. Is there anything else i could eat that tastes better and prevent losing muscle while sleeping? Thanx

I'll take in a bowl of oatmeal, some tuna or chicken, and a protein shake with casein. Lasts me all night, and I'm not killing myself for some chow in the morning.

Mix some fruit with your cottage cheese (pineapple, pears, peaches, nectarines) and have a drink nearby to choke it down if need be. I eat that shit all the time and I can't say I particularly love it. Peace, G

You can also have casein shake or just milk, with some nuts or peanut butter.

The reason for this is because you want a slow digesting protein(casein) and healthy fats(nuts, peanut butter) to further slow down your digestion.

A can of tuna or chicken with low fat salad dressing mixed in.
