I am posting this up not to brag, but to show people the power of Animal Supplements. As some of you may know I had many qeustions about supplements previously because I never used them except whey. After doing a great amount of research I began to use Animal Supps. The effects and results were much better then I expected. At one point when I was training real hard I was able to do a 315 lb squat for 3 sets of 8-10, however after taking to much time off and certain setbacks it drastically decreased to a point where I couldnt do even 3 plates each side. The same goes for deadlifts. I was seriously depressed and so I started training again but this time harder around September 1st 2006, I think thats when I truly became an Animal and the obsessions began.
I began to use M-Stak, Pump, Nitro, Pak, and Real Gains. I took them at the right times and I just finished all five supps. These are results compared from now May 16 2007 to septemeber 1 2006. 9 months in total has passed. I started using these supps after I finished doing Project M.
September 1st 2006
Weight- 185 lbs
Squat- 315 lbs x 1
Deadlift- 315 lbs x 2
Bench- 135 lbs x 3
Shoulder Press- 95 lbs x 1
May 16 2007
Weight- 210 lbs
Squat- 385 lbs x 4 70 lbs +
Deadlift- 385 lbs x 4 70 lbs +
Bench- 205 lbs x 1 70 lbs +
Shoulder Press- 155 lbs x 5 60 lbs +
Oh thats intresting everything went up 70 lbs
These results are amazing in my opinion. For all those out their who are new to the brotherhood and unsure of Animal Supps and might think its like every other company... ITS NOT. I am back to almost where I left off. THANKS UNIVERSAL. I also like to thank BigAnt, G-Diesel, and Vinny because I asked all of them for advice and they gave me all the information that I needed. Also to other members of the forum who helped me out, thank you all.Peace
