Hi, I would be very thankful if someone would help me with my Animal Cuts dilemma, I really have nobody to ask about this.
This is the deal: I am 23, female, 5'7, 200 pounds. I was doing full contact for 7 years, stopped training and gained weight. I am now hitting the gym 6 days a week, doing both cardio and weights. My goal is to lose 55 pounds in the shortest possible period without damaging my health. I am from Bosnia&Herzegovina, not too many experts on weight-loss supplements here, I can tell you that.
So, my question is: is it safe for me to use Animal Cuts (I am on a very mild contraceptive pill)?
