Q: Do I need to take Pump on non-training days?
A: You should, yes. Animal Pump is a core, foundational supplement (like Animal Pak and Animal Flex)--one that we believe should be taken on a daily basis. If you are looking to stretch out your can of Pump for budget reasons, you can use bulk creatine or Storm for off days, saving Pump specifically preworkout. Having said that, your results may not be optimal.

May not be optimal, but plenty of lifters only take Pump only on training days (and bulk creatine on off) with great results.

I've used PUMP solely on training days and have used both bulk creatine or Storm on my off days with great success.
I have yet to cycle PUMP for 30 days straight but that is something I will try soon.
So, you can benefit from using PUMP on training days and use a bulk creatine, like Storm, on your off days. Hope this helps, good luck.

Pump/Storm combo on on/off days would be solid. I'm guessing there are just as many lifters who take Pump on both on/off days as just on...
if i take it on an off day, how long should i weight to eat

20-30 min should be ok...
thank god, because i spaced out and meant to eat and then take them a little later, but i took the pills and realized i didnt eat, and im fuckin starving
It seems like this debate goes on...
I was curious if anyone had first hand experience in doing both methods and can compare and contrast the two. I have read some posts about doing it daily and some doing it only on training days, but I haven't read any that has a single persons account of doing both and finding one better than the other.
The FAQ states it might not yield optimal results if not taken daily, I was curious to what extent and any other specifics on how it may effect performance.
I have noticed in other threads that some people say they did not feel the pump in full effect until a week after usage. This would suggest a possible build up in your body, aside from the creatine, which chemicals need to build up in your system before feeling their full effect. Taking it everyday might help expedite this, at least I would imagine.
