I've seen a lot of training videos but nothing comes close to Animal Arms. Wrath is grate, and that music gets me fired up every time just before a workout. RESPECT.

I have had the video Nine Ball posted earlier on my myspace profile from day one. It really gets me in the mood to crank some iron. Sometimes I watch it just to get me going. Thats Good Stuff! Good one to post.
the jay cutler videos on youtube are pretty good. I can't find the two that I like but they both have songs by shinedown in them: burning bright and 45.
