or animal m stak and cuts?

should i pop them

when i am in cuttin season?

i wanna cut some bf

but i wanna put some lean mass

should i do it?

Looking for advice from the Animal bros about timing of taking this "stack". Lifting in the am can it be taken together preworkout and then cuts again in the afternoon. Or take stak preworkout and then cuts after workout then again 3-4 hours later.

When do you wake and go to sleep? When are your meals? When do you train?

You can do Animal Stak 45 minutes pre training then Cuts 30 minutes pre training.

take one cuts upon waking, stak 30 minutes prior to training and the second cuts 4-6 hours later inbetween meals.. take the first cuts and stak at least 15 minutes apart to allow for optimal absorption

Sleep at 930pm I wake up at 5am start lifting around 530am. Lift for an hour or little longer. Eat 1st meal after showering. then every 2-3 hours.
Punisher so your saying I could take stak at 5 am then cuts at 515 if lifting at 530.

Hey guys i'm almost done with my first can of Stak but i wanted to throw in the new Cuts with that. Is this possible? Also how would i take this given the information my workouts start around 6pm. (i take pak in the morning then stack 30mins before my session).

Before i was taking Stak 30 mins before my workout. Since i now want to throw in Cuts i'm seeing that if i take it twice a day (like i should) i would take it in the morning with my Pak, then 30 mins before my workout which is at 6pm. When is the best time to throw in Stak now?

Okay: i wake up everyday around 6 am and was taking Pak around that time. Then i was hitting the gym around 6pm taking STak 30min prior. Bedtime is usually around 11pm.

Cuts in the morning, and again before lunch (assuming lunch is around 12-1PM--and at least 4-6 hours since your first Cuts pack). Stak before you lift, or around 4-6 hours after your second Cuts. Does this make sense?

Got it! As far as that Stak, does it matter if it's a little after 6 hours?? or should i really aim for that timeframe??

so i got that if i work out late just take cuts early then again 4 hours later and stak before sleep...

taking stak at 9pm would that keep me up?

also if i work out early how would i take them upon waking up?

i usually get up and go straight to the gym on an empty stomach
